LEAVING WELL
After a lifetime of living well...
you deserve to leave well.
Leaving Well is both a philosophy and an End-of-Life Support private practice. It is the belief that the final chapter of life deserves the same care, intention, and support as every chapter that comes before it. Through compassionate guidance, practical planning, and a calm presence, I help individuals and families navigate the end-of-life journey with greater peace, dignity, and confidence.
No one should have to face the end of life feeling alone, afraid, or unsupported.
Just as we prepare for births, weddings, careers, retirement, and every other important life transition, planning for the end of life deserves the same care, thoughtfulness, and support. Yet many people avoid these conversations because they feel overwhelming, emotional, or unfamiliar. My role is to gently guide individuals and families through this unknown territory with compassion, calm, and clarity. Through practical planning, emotional support, meaningful conversations, and personalized guidance, I help create a greater sense of peace, dignity, and preparedness — so that no one has to navigate the end of life feeling alone or afraid.
I bring together nearly four decades of experience supporting people through illness, caregiving, loss, and life's final transitions. My approach combines practical guidance with deep listening, helping individuals and families make informed decisions while honoring their values, wishes, and unique life stories. Drawing on specialized training and years of experience, I help people navigate the complexities of serious illness and end-of-life care with greater clarity, confidence, and peace.
Whether you are planning ahead, supporting a loved one with dementia, navigating hospice care, creating a meaningful legacy project, or facing the challenges of anticipatory grief, I offer a calm, compassionate presence for both the individual and those who love them. Together, we can create a path forward that feels more informed, supported, and peaceful.
